Question: What is the proper way to care for my cutters?

Answer: To ensure proper care of your cutters, please avoid bending the cutters as the beveled cutting edge is thin. Please avoid placing any objects on top of the cutter and press gently while cutting polymer clay. After use, gently wash the cutters with soap and water, and a soft brush if needed. For storage, keep the cutters in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat. Please refrain from washing the cutters in a dishwasher as the heat may permanently distort the cutter shape.

Question: How long will it take for my order to ship?

Answer: Processing time for orders vary as every cutter is made to order. Usually processing time is between 1-3 business days, however, during period of high order volumes – orders may take up to 5 business days to process.

Question: What if my package is marked delivered but not received?

Answer: Unfortunately, once the package is dispatched, it is beyond our control, and you will need to reach out to your local post office for further assistance. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen products during shipping.

Question: How do I prevent clay from sticking inside cutters?

Answer: To prevent clay from sticking to your cutter, we recommend working on a flat glossy ceramic tile or glass sheet. Gently press the cutter into the clay, wiggle it slightly, and lift it to remove. For small or detailed cutters, we recommend using corn starch to prevent sticking. It is best to apply a light layer of corn starch to your clay surface and/or to the cutter itself before use. Finally, use a soft brush to remove any excess corn starch.

Question: My cutters arrived damaged, what should I do?

Answer: Please check the content of your package carefully upon delivery of your parcel. If any of the items are damaged during transit please contact us within 24 hour of delivery and we will try our best to resolve any issues.
